Visualizing with a Vision Board

Using a vision board is a visualization technique that you can combine with other visualization techniques.

Bob Proctor, Frank Kern, John Assaraf and Joe Vitale speak about Visualization in the Mind Mastery Video Series.

To make a vision board you look for images that represent your wishes, goals and desires and attach them on a wall you look at often, a mirror, a large picture frame that you hang somewhere to where you look often or or fix it on the refrigerator.

You browse through magazines and cut out images of your choice and you can use your own photos. There are specialty magazines: Interior Design Magazines for the inside of a house, Architectural or Real Estate Magazines to find your dream home: For jewelry you could go to a jewelry store and ask for brochures or you could ask if they would make a photo with you wearing the jewelry. You could go to a car dealer who sells the car of your dream and ask if someone would make a photo with you sitting in the car.

The more personal the images are the better. You connect an emotion to each image. This emotion awakens a vibration in you, which draws the object of situation you desire toward you. This is why it is so effective to use images of your choice and choose well. Look at each image for a little while to see if you like it, if you feel good looking at eat. Then look at one image, close your eyes and try to see the image into each detail. Open your eyes and repeat looking at the image, closing your eyes and trying to see it. After some time you should be able to recall the images any time you think of it.

When you go to bed, visualize the images and see yourself in it. After you wake up visualize the images again. During the day visualize the images while you "do as if". Combining several visualization techniques is the right way to visualize. The more you see your life inside the quicker you will manifest your desires and achieve your goals.
